Routes ready case studies

Since publication of the government’s Post-16 Skills Plan, the Gatsby Foundation has been working with partners in several local areas to support providers’ preparations for implementation of T Levels, and the wider reforms for technical education, including new Higher Technical Qualifications.

As work in the local areas that Gatsby is supporting progresses, and as providers delivering the first T Levels from 2020 continue their preparations, we are observing a great deal of good practice.

We will therefore be capturing and sharing case studies and examples of useful approaches across a number of themes, including industry placements, staff development and progression pathways for learners. We will include perspectives from providers, employers, students and other stakeholders involved in planning for technical education.
