New technical education resource hub for careers advisers released

The Career Development Institute (CDI) has this week (7 April 2025) launched its Technical Education Resource Hub. This online platform brings together news, information and resources about technical education pathways specifically for careers advisers.

Gatsby is supporting the CDI to upskill careers advisers on technical education pathways. Intelligence-gathering carried out in 2024 indicated that careers professionals wanted a central place to access information about T-levels, Higher Technical Qualifications, apprenticeships, and ongoing qualifications reforms.

The Technical Education Resource Hub provides comprehensive signposting to trusted external resources and regular updates on developments in the technical education landscape. The information is suitable for both new and experienced careers professionals.

Further resources will be added in the coming months, bringing CEIAG on technical education to life and ensuring young people have access to informed guidance about all available pathways.
