Gatsby Technical Education PhD studentship at Cambridge
Gatsby values the role that research plays in improving the quality of technical education and are keen to support high-quality research in this area. We believe that investing in the training and development of new researchers is one way in which to cultivate policy-relevant research about technical education.
Beginning in October 2018, Gatsby plans to sponsor one fully funded PhD studentship based in the Faculty of Education, University of Cambridge and linked to the Cambridge Big Data Science Research Initiative. The successful applicant for this studentship will use large scale data to research the role of technical skills in the labour market and be supervised by Professor Anna Vignoles.
For more information about the studentship, eligibility criteria and how to apply, please see the full advertisement on the University of Cambridge website. Applications are due by Wednesday 6 December 2017.
